I believe in grounded, evidence-based information, and holistic values. My Goal is to provide you with compassionate care, unwavering support, and trusted resources to help you and your baby have the best birth possible.

  • -1 virtual prenatal appointment to talk about birth planning, and to share resources.

    -1 in person prenatal appointment to practice birthing positions, run through our plan, answer any additional questions etc.

    -Text support every day of our contract, to answer any questions that may arise

    -Grounded, unwavering support during your Labor and Delivery.

    -1 in person or virtual postnatal check in.

  • Are you just wanting more information about how to create a birthing plan, want some resources, or lactation support?

    Choose any of the items from standard package, a la cart (excluding Labor and delivery). Prices will vary depending on service, time and duration.
