Congratulations — you’re welcoming a new life into your family. Whether through birth or adoption, this transition is big, tender, and full of new rhythms. As a postpartum doula I can offer steady support as you settle into your evolving roles, giving you the time and space to rest, heal, bond, and ease into this new chapter with confidence

    • $35/hour

    • Flexible care — book a few hours or settle in for a full day of support

    • Help with your baby or older children so everyone feels tended to

    • Light household support to keep your home feeling calm and manageable

    • Guidance in creating a new routine that supports your family’s rhythm

    • Lactation and pumping support to help feeding feel more comfortable and confident

    • Emotional support as you navigate postpartum hormones, healing, and big transitions

  • -$50/hour

    -Four‑hour support blocks. Schedule early evening, morning, or combine for up to 8 hours of continuous support.

    -Lactation and pumping support wherever you feel most comfortable, so you can focus on resting.

    -Attentive newborn care so you can relax, rest and recover.

    -Gentle guidance in establishing early sleep rhythms, honoring your baby’s cues and your family’s flow
